Ms. Mahaney has over 15 years of real estate capital markets experience, including establishing Real Asset Strategies Inc.​ Ms. Mahaney has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration - Finance and Marketing, from Coastal Carolina University, a Masters in Financial Management from the Universitat Politecnica de Catalunya, is a CFA charterholder, and is a FSA Credential Holder from the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board. ​ 

 

Previously, Ms. Mahaney led Investor Relations at Crombie REIT. Prior to that, she was part of the strategy and research team at Cadillac Fairview and a REIT analyst at Sentry Investments (now CI Financial), analyzing and recommending global real estate investments.
