Welcome to our Intern Program, where we are investing in the future and providing enriching opportunities as part of our talent pipeline initiative. We proudly partner with schools to offer post-secondary students firsthand experience in our business and commercial retail operations, contributing to their personal and professional growth. Our program includes an engaging capstone project, site tours, industry events, and career discussions with our leadership team. We also actively participate in career fairs and industry events to ensure we maintain strong bench strength.

Pre-Screen
If your background matches the qualifications required for the position and you are legally eligible to work in Canada, you will be contacted by one of our team members. We will briefly discuss your qualifications and work experience related to the position, along with some administrative questions.
Based on this initial conversation, your profile will be presented to the hiring manager for review or you will be invited for an interview.
Interview
Our Hiring Managers will review your resume and discussion notes from the pre-screen call to determine if your experience meets the requirements of the position. We then will reach out to you again and arrange an interview.
Feedback
Once the interview process is complete, our team will be in touch with feedback from our Hiring Managers. If an offer is made our People & Culture team will be in contact with you throughout the process and excited for you to join the team!
